A year ago today we held your hands for the last time but we will hold your heart forever. We all miss you so much Mum, you were loved by so many and have left us with many happy memories to remember. Thank you for being the best Mum I could have ever wished for and for being our Guardian Angel watching over us. You are forever in my thoughts and I hope I make you proud.
